Do you have onsite parking?
Unfortunately, we do not have onsite parking due to our city centre location, however we recommend the market carpark on Princess Street, CH1 2HH. It is the second turning on the right after the Pied Bull and is only a few minutes walk away from us. You can stop outside the pub to drop off luggage prior to parking if you wish. What are check-in/check-out times?
Check-in is 3pm Monday-Sunday. Check-out is 10am Monday – Saturday, 11am Sunday. Late check-outs are available at an added charge and subject to availability – please contact us directly if required.
Can I leave my luggage if I arrive in Chester prior to check-in?
Yes, we have a storage cupboard for your luggage if you arrive early.
Do you have disabled access?
To the side of the original Pied Bull building we have a separate entrance where a ramp can be positioned if required. On your arrival a member of staff will be able to assist you or please do not hesitate to give us a call in advance.
How far away is Chester train station from The Pied Bull?
We are only a 15-minute walk away from the train station.
Do you have a lift?
Unfortunately being a Grade 2 Listed building, we do not have a lift however staff can assist guests with luggage if required.
Do you allow dogs?
We allow dogs in our beer garden and in the bar area of the pub.
Are children welcome?
Children are welcome to dine with us in our bar or restaurant until 9pm. We also have a children’s menu.
Do you have baby changing facilities?
We do not have baby changing facilities on site.
Do you cater for people with allergies?
We have Gluten Free alongside Vegetarian and Vegan options on our food menu. We also provide gluten free bread and cereal at breakfast.
We are staying for a special occasion. Can you arrange something special for us?
Yes of course. We offer a range of options from prosecco to flowers and chocolates. Please contact us directly prior to your arrival and we will ensure your stay with us is made even more special.
Do you offer room service?
We do not offer room service however guests are welcome to dine with us in our bar or restaurant.
What is your cancellation policy?
- If you have booked our non-refundable rate you are not able to cancel your booking.
- If you have booked the refundable rate, please contact us 48 hours prior to your arrival date and there will be no charge. After this time full payment will be taken from your credit card.
